Protect-it rack guard
Protect-it rack guards on warehouse pallet racking

Key features

Easy clip-on installation with no drilling or separate fasteners means that anyone can install Protect-it™. Individual units can be stacked and configured to suit your site and are easily removed (or slid up the rack upright) for rack inspections.

Integrally moulded, curved energy absorbers provide a staged impact response. This lets Protect-it™ flex easily to deflect everyday knocks and bumps while still providing powerful impact protection for more serious forklift collisions. Our products are tested to international racking standards and demonstrate excellent performance in warehouses and cold stores down to -40°C.

Low purchase cost, quick installation and easy modular replacement make Protect-it™ a highly economical rack protection solution.

Chosen by industry leaders worldwide for over 15 years. Independently tested to comply with the following standards:

  • Europe - EN 15512-2009 and FEM 10.2.10

Customer feedback

unmatched performance

“...finally we have a rack protector that actually works... simple design, simple installation and it‘s economical. I have no hesitation in recommending their unmatched performance.”
— Mark Nisbet, Reece Pty Ltd. Australia.

a great safety and cost initiative

"Our Dandenong distribution Centre is a busy, high volume environment that services the Victorian and Tasmanian market places. Over the years we'd experienced high levels of racking upright damage and were incurring rectification costs of $40,000 plus per year. The installation of the Protect-it guards has reduced the damage by over 50% and also provided great awareness for our reach truck operators. It has been a great safety and cost initiative."
— Edwin Lee, The Smith's Snackfood Company Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Pepsico Australia & NZ)
